How Does It Work?
STEP 1- BEFORE CLOSING THE SALE
The developer will communicate the potential property buyer that for every department that he/she buys, the developer will donate one house to be build in the country of their choice (among the 19 countries in which TECHO operates). The developer's advertising materials will include tailor made flyers, videos, website, presentation and press release, which will explain the impact of the initiative.
STEP 2- SALE TAKES PLACE
STEP 3- TECHO BUILDS THE TRANSITIONAL HOUSE IN THE COUNTRY OF THE CLIENT'S CHOICE
STEP 4- HOUSE WARMING
When property owners move into the new apartment, they will receive a printed package with information about the family that received the new home. The printed package will include:
A flyer with information about TECHO.
A picture of the family that received the house with a handwritten letter.
A small wooden house as a souvenir.
